Grantham station has cash machines, baby changing areas, a café/bar and a self-service Fastticket area.

It is staffed full time but please be advised that not all days have full facilities available.

It also has a taxi rank at all times. You can book your station taxi with us!

Grantham Station offers accessible ticket machines and booking office counters, with Travel Centre Floor Walkers to assist any disabled passengers struggling to accessing the booking office window.

Toilets are available on Platform 1 which can only be accessed by a RADAR key. The Customer Information Point on Platform 1 can provide this key.

This station has wheelchairs available and a ramp for train access. It also has an Induction Loop to provide hearing assistance to hearing-aid users. Impaired Mobility set down area is provided at the front of the station.

There are 263 spaces available in the car park which is managed by LNER.

Grantham Station has four platforms with express trains to London Kings Cross and services to the North of England, Edinburgh and Nottingham. The station has one entrance on Station Road.
